Recruiting a new incumbent in the Church of England is a difficult process and some considerable effort is placed upon the Church Wardens and PCC/ECC to create a document to showcase the parish and its opportunities. St Marks is an ecumenical partnership and therefore is also managed by the URC and Methodist churches.
I worked with the team to select images and edit text to fit the format of the document and ensure that approving parties in the relevant organisations saw and understood what they were receiving.
This was a key document in the recruitment process and was well received by all involved.
